Wunnengshëllef asbl aims at the social inclusion of people through housing. Since our creation in 1988 we have targeted vulnerable people, who frequently run the risk of being excluded and who often live around the poverty line.
We currently manage a stock of 150 housing units, 2 ETAPE21 reception structures and 10 community houses with a total of 103 rooms, the majority of which are rented via private landlords under the conditions and advantages of “social rental management”. Thus we accommodate nearly 400 people in our various accommodations distributed within our departments:
Klassesch-Wunnen - single people, families and single parents
Jugend-Wunnen - young adults between the ages of 18 and 27, pupils in secondary education or in apprenticeship
Etape21 - young adults between the ages of 18 and 27 who have dropped out
The network of partners through which people apply for housing assistance is 26 associations and 5 state institutions.
