We are looking for an experienced IT support person to join the team.

IT Support Engineer (f/m)

Permanent contract, 40hrs/week

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be expected to provide first line help-desk support to our customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems (Windows, Microsoft Office, Linux, Active Directory) via phone, email and a ticketing system.

Installation, configuration, and repair of hardware including installation of operating systems and applications.
First line support for our inhouse ERP system, whilst supporting MS Active Directory and cloud-based applications.
Support Windows Server
Administer user accounts and permissions across Active Directory
Remote troubleshooting and fault finding.
Deliver a high level of professional customer service on the phone and face-to-face when necessary.
Where relevant, arrange for external support when incidents cannot be resolved in-house.
Escalate more complex calls to specialist IT support staff.
Maintain an organised daily structure, working to complete assigned jobs in an adequate time frame
You will be expected to work under pressure and have an excellent telephone manner.

REQUIREMENTS
IT related qualification desirable
Polite, confident, and effective communicator
Sincere passion for exceptional customer service
Excellent time management and priority determination skills
Maintaining a high standard of work and professionalism
English: business fluent; language skills in German and/or French are considered as an asset
